CEO

My background and skillsets were formed mainly in the automobile retail industry. I started as a salesperson in a dealership that I eventually purchased with sweat equity and then sold to retire in 2017. During my years in the industry and as a dealer, I acquired all of the high level skillsets that is required for operating a very complex “small business” operations. I represented all Northern California Ford dealers in Dearborn, Michigan and Ford headquarters for ten years. I was exposed and became proficient in the corporate, “large business” operations. During those years I worked with several High-level Ford executives up-close and personal. I sold my dealerships because I did not want to be a car dealer anymore and soon realized that I was not ready for retirement which is when I crossed paths with Brendan and we decided to purchase WebPerception. In my spare time, I’m an avid golfer, spend time with my family and travel.

MANAGING PARTNER / CTO

My name is Brendan and I bring over 20 years of tech experience to WebPerception. From a young age I have been setting up gaming servers, playing with firewall and security systems, figuring out how to put networks together, web design & development and been fascinated with pretty much anything and everything technology related. Out of college I started working for WebPerception under the previous owner years go. I immediately fell in love with the type of technology that the company used and set out to learn every possible thing about it. With that came so much more. With 12+ years in the RF space I feel that I bring a great value to the company as I am not only a partner helping to make sure everything is running smoothly, but I have been in the trenches and know the technician side of things as well.  In my spare time, I love to travel, hike, play tennis, hang out with friends and relax on the beach with my dog Lola.

Senior Network Administrator

My name is Erik Dyvad and I have been working with electronics, computers and networking devices as long as I can remember. I have worked extensively with many routing and switching products that are out on the market such as Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Cisco and many others. My main focuses at WebPerception are overseeing and managing our tower sites, as well as our upstream providers to ensure that every client has a great experience on our network. During my free time I am an avid rock climber and slackliner, and enjoy playing with computers and electronics which coincidentally pairs well with working at WebPerception.

Director of Operations & Support

Dan, Dan the internet man! As a Marin County native, Dan brings more than 25 years tech experience to WebPerception. Security, camera systems, networking, project management, and customer support are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to everything that Dan does. Dan takes special pride in network security and is always looking for ways to improve our threat prevention systems in order to keep our customers safe. In his off hours, Dan enjoys playing board games with friends & traveling to foreign lands with his wife and kids.

Business Development Manager

My name is Wesley J Prosser and I have been immersed in the sales industry since 2015, initially starting as a car salesman. In 2017, I faced and overcame Encephalitis, a challenging brain infection. Since then, I have tenaciously relearned fundamental daily activities. Through hard work, I have risen to manage this company, and I am eagerly anticipating the journey ahead for our local business, fueled by the support of our exceptional clientele.

Accounts & Billing

Kim has been with WebPerception since the new ownership took over in 2017 and she has been with out a doubt invaluable. Her skill set and diligent work ethic has ensured that the business is running smoothly and all of our clients are well taken care of. Kim always seems to have the answer and on the rare case she does not she figures it out with haste. In her spare time, Kim enjoys hanging out with her family and enjoying everything this world has to offer.

The Bone Boss

Woof! My name is Lola and I’ve been running the show at the office every day for over 35 years now – that’s 5 hooman years if you’re wondering… I work hard for my bones day in and day out. I keep everyone here at WebPerception in line and also make sure every one of our clients who come for a visit is greeted with a quick bark followed by cuddles and some friendly attention. In my spare time I like going to the park or on a hike with my dad – I’ve trained him to understand that ball = life. :)
